20. Gomu Gomu no Cannonball (Tankman)

During his fight against Charlotte Cracker, after consuming enormous amounts of cookies and, as a result, gaining weight and increasing his size considerably, Luffy reveals a second form of Gear 4 known as Tankman, more precisely the full-bellied version. In this form, he resembles a sumo wrestler but with exaggerated proportions: the muscles in his arms and legs develop slightly, while his Busoshoku Haki-clad torso becomes very large and round, although muscular on top.

This form also recalls Luffy's appearance when he combined his Gear Second and Gear Third before the time skip. The tanker grants Luffy's body incredible toughness thanks to Haki: unlike his Boundman form, in which Cracker, despite being coated in Haki, was almost able to cut with his sword, in this form Cracker was unable to plunge the sword into Luffy's stomach in the same way.

Additionally, this form increases the magnitude and power of the Boundman form's rubber-squeezing offensive by using Luffy's enormous stomach as a launcher, allowing him to defeat Cracker by firing at his incredibly tough cookie soldiers with the Gomu Gomu no Cannonball. Because Gear 4 causes Luffy's metabolism to increase, he is able to exit his tank form shortly after using it. This was demonstrated when Luffy was able to burn a large number of cookies he had consumed during his battle with Cracker shortly after defeating him.

19. Dai Enkai: Entei

Ace's ultimate technique. After creating large spiraling flames centered at his location before gathering them at a central point (namely the palm of his hand), Ace then transforms them into a gigantic fireball resembling the sun and hurls it at his opponent. This technique was used during the final moment of the battle between Ace and Blackbeard. "Entei" is the homonym of "Enkei," which means "circle," a reference to the shape of the attack. In Unlimited Cruise, Ace first bends his knees slightly, then by placing his outstretched palm toward the ground (the other hand grasping the wrist), the flames manifest as a sphere.

18. The Ice Age

User: Kuzan

This technique is only used near the ocean or a large body of water. This is Kuzan's main and most powerful technique seen so far, in which he plunges his hand into the water and instantly freezes it (along with everything in it). The extent of the ice reaches kilometers and can last for over a week. This was first seen when Kuzan froze the ocean so that Tonjit and Shelly could travel to the next islet in Long Ring Long Land. In a later use of this technique, Kuzan showed that it is not always necessary for him to be in direct contact with water; it is also possible to perform it without any water base; in addition to being in contact with himself, he comes into contact with the water.

17. Gomu Gomu no Black Mamba

Luffy arches back and compresses both arms, then unleashes a few quick punches, moving his arms up and down to give the impression of having multiple arms. Enel's most powerful attack. With his Stormstorm, Enel creates a gigantic sphere of lightning and electrical currents that he hurls at the area he wishes to destroy; this can destroy a very large island. He combines his own electrical powers with the Ark Maxim.

"Raigō" is the term used to refer to the coming of Amida Buddha to welcome the spirits of the dead, but here the kanji "Rai" is the one representing thunder, which is a pun on Enel's power. In One Piece: Burning Blood, Enel does this by transforming into Amaru, pushing two points of his double trident into the cloud sphere, causing a large electrical storm. In other games like Pirate Warriors, Enel drops the cloud over his targets.

After magnetizing someone with Assign, Kid greatly increases his attraction level, causing him to fire countless pieces of metal toward the target from a great distance. When used against Big Mom, he was quickly buried under a mountain of steel beams that formed part of the framework of Kaido's castle.

User: Trafalgar D. Water Law

After stabbing his rival in the chest, Law extends his K-ROOM-affected sword hundreds of meters. After penetrating deep enough into the ground, Law generates a massive rotating shockwave. Law first used this as a final attack against Big Mom, creating a massive crater in Wano Country.

13. Mother's Visit Canon: 3000 Leagues of Misery

User: Big Mom

Big Mom creates a giant buddy made of flames and lightning called "Misery." The buddy can then act independently and pursue its goals. In the Viz manga, this is called Mother's Visit Cannon: 3000 Leagues of Misery.

12. Himorogiri

User: Yamato

An offensive move in which Yamato, in his human-beast form, jumps into the air and begins spinning his kanabo vertically to his left, causing an ice whirlwind to form around his weapon. This strikes his enemy from above. The first time he used this attack against Kaido, it hit him in the back of the head and knocked him to the ground even though Kaido blocked it with his own kanabo, but otherwise did no damage. The name of the attack is a pun on Himorogi, a Shinto term referring to sacred spaces/altars used for kami worship, consisting of square areas demarcated by green bamboo or sakaki.

11. King of Hell, Three-Sworded Serpent: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation

User: Roronoa Zoro

A long-range attack that utilizes Haoshoku and Busoshoku. Zoro charges at his opponent, jumping and placing his hand swords above his mouth sword and swinging them in a downward slash forward. All the haki infused into the technique is released towards the opponent, creating a long-range attack, powerful enough to cut through the opponent's attack while still hitting the target. He first used it against King, slicing through his karyudon Omori, a giant mass of fire comparable to magma in the shape of a dragon, as well as severing King's torso and one wing.

The initial part of the technique's name is a pun on "Three Swords Style" and "Three Swords Dragon," which are both pronounced as Three Swords Style. The latter part is possibly a reference to a drawing titled Ippyakusanjō Imojigoku de Santo Kyoden, in which sweet potatoes were judged by King Enma and thrown into hell for causing heartburn. The jigoku in the technique's name is a pun on "hell," written instead with a kanji meaning "extreme samurai."

10. Gomu Gomu giant step

Luffy transforms into a giant, just as he did in Gear 3, but with his entire body. This is a modified version of his old technique, performed once Luffy activated Gear 5 and the true version of his Gomu Gomu no Mi. This allowed him to successfully fight Kaidou of the Beasts.

9. Maser Ho

User: Big Mom

A combined attack between Hera, Prometheus, and Napoleon. The three mates join forces, with Napoleon's blade piercing Prometheus at its base and Hera at its tip, and Prometheus and Hera combining their energies, forming multiple tendrils of lightning and fire that create a large circular ring between them.

Then, swinging Napoleon, Big Mom releases the energies in the form of a thin, highly concentrated beam that can pierce flesh in an instant and result in a large explosion. It was first used against Ulti, easily piercing her despite her tough skin and instantly knocking her out despite her superhuman durability. A maser is a device that produces electromagnetic waves, including microwaves. The technique's name may also refer to the Maser Cannon, a fictional weapon from the "Godzilla" film franchise.

8. Genoktsu Meteor

User: Monkey D. Garp

Garp grabs a cannonball and throws it at the enemy. He is capable of launching cannonballs even more powerful than a real cannon, can pierce walls, and can charge cannonballs several times larger than the Thousand Sunny (even Garp assumes that in the past, his shots were even more powerful, but age has made them worse).

7. Kosanze Ragnaraku

User: Kaidou

A melee attack performed by Kaidou in his hybrid form, wielding his kanabo with both hands. He leaps into the air, swings his weapon above his head, and coats it with Busoshoku Haki, causing it to emit black lightning. Then, as he descends, he swings his club with great force, smashing his foe to the ground. The first demonstration of the move was against Luffy, who took the blow directly.

The first part of this attack's name actually comes from Trailokyavijaya (Gōzanze Myōō, "Conqueror of the Three Worlds"), the name of one of the five wisdom kings of Vajrayāna Buddhism. The second part of the name refers to the Buddhist concept of "hell," called Naraku in Japanese; Ragu (it is written to be read as Ragunarokku), the Japanese phoneticization of the Norse concept of Ragnarök (the apocalypse in Norse mythology). This is why the name of the attack is so interesting.

6. Gomu Gomu no Bajrang Gun

User: Monkey D. Luffy

Luffy forms a huge fist, close in size to Onigashima's, and imbues it with Busoshoku Haki and Haoshoku Haki. He then launches a massive punch. He first used it against Kaidou, which he countered with Shoryu: Kaen Hakke, resulting in a brutal clash. "Bajrang" is an alternate name for the Hindu monkey god Hanuman.

5. Togen Totsuka

User: Kozuki Oden

Users harden their swords with ryuo, then leap at their opponent in an X-shaped slash. It can be powerful enough to give the nearly invincible Kaido his signature scar. "Totsuka" refers to the four Totsuka-no-Tsurugi mentioned in Japanese mythology, one of them being Ame no Habakiri. Used by Kin'emon, Denjiro, Inuarashi, and Ashura Doji. Together, they are able to cut the same X-shaped scar that Oden gave Kaido twenty years ago, causing him to release large amounts of blood. However, Kaido has stated that this technique is significantly less powerful than the technique practiced by Oden, as they are unable to reopen the wound.

4. Hakai

User: Big Mom and Kaidou

A combo attack was used by Big Mom and Kaidou. Standing side by side, the two emperors prepare a two-handed swing of their respective weapons, Big Mom with Napoleon and Kaidou with the kanabo, over his shoulder. By simultaneously swinging their weapons forward, they launch a massive shockwave forward, traveling hundreds of meters while devastating everything in its path. Big Mom and Kaidou were first shown using this attack while facing the members of the Worst Generation atop the Skull Dome (with Kaidou in hybrid form), causing an explosion so immense that it dwarfed the Dome itself.

Zoro, barely stopping the brunt of the attack for a moment, allowed his fellow supernovae to dodge, something they would not have been able to do otherwise due to the shockwave's speed. The poses taken by Kaidou and Big Mom and the shockwave created resemble the hakoku technique used by the giants Dorry and Brogy. The name of the attack is a pun, being a homophone for "destruction."

3. Black hole

User: Marshall D. Teach (Blackbeard)

Blackbeard's darkness extends across the ground and, like a literal black hole, sucks everything in. When objects are drawn into the darkness, a powerful gravitational force crushes them. This attack was first used on the ruins of a small village on Banaro Island during his fight with Ace.

Holding Ace in his right hand, Roger swings his sword, creating a powerful shockwave to strike his opponent. This technique was first seen against Kozuki Oden, striking him in the chest; it was powerful enough to crush Oden's dual-sword defense, knocking him back a great distance.

User: Edward Newgate (Whitebeard)

Whitebeard occupies an area, capturing the air around him as if it were tangible and knocking it over. With this, he is able to destroy an entire island and the surrounding ocean. It is as if the island and the sea were subjected to a colossal earthquake of unimaginable power. This technique was capable of destroying numerous buildings and knocking a giant off his feet (throwing him into the air).
