Donquixote Rosinante Corazon One Piece - Figures
The One Piece franchise began as a manga series published in Weekly Shonen Jump in July 1997. Over two decades later, the series still features serialized chapters released almost weekly, resulting in a total of over a thousand chapters as of early 2021. As the manga gained popularity among fans, an anime adaptation was produced by Toei and began airing in 1999, which, like its manga counterpart, continues to air weekly. One Piece has also spread its influence to other types of media, such as video games, theatrically released films, novels, and more.
With a huge success like One Piece , fans quickly expressed their desire for various types of merchandise, one of the most popular types being figures of the many different characters that appear throughout the series. While some of the Straw Hat Pirates like Monkey D. Luffy, None,Sanji , and Usopp all have dozens of different figures that recreate their appearances throughout One Piece , some of the supporting characters have their own figures. Donquixote Rosinante (also known by his codename, Corazon), is one such character who first appeared in the Dressrosa arc. One of the most popular Corazon figures is Banpresto's "One Piece DXF - The Grandline Men Vol. 23."
One Piece DXF - Grandline Men Vol. 23
This figurine collection features the Donquixote brothers and can be purchased individually. The Doflamingo figurine shows him wearing a black button-down shirt and red tie, as well as white pants with red flames and black shoes. He also wears his classic pink feather coat, which he is rarely seen without. Doflamingo is posed standing with one hand in his pocket and the other gripping his tie at the collar as he displays an intimidating smile.
Corazon, meanwhile, wears a pink shirt with a heart motif, accompanied by long white pants, a black feather coat, and a red hood. His pose mirrors that of his older brother in several ways, as Corazon stands with one hand in his pocket. Instead of gripping his collar, he holds a cigarette in his other hand. Corazon's face is also covered in makeup, particularly along his right eye and lips. Both figures in this collection also come with black bases, making them incredibly easy to display.

About Corazon
Corazon is the younger brother of Doflamingo, the main antagonist of One Piece 's Dressrosa Arc. The following excerpts are a brief summary of his character.
Background
Corazon was born Donquixote Rosinante and was once considered a Celestial Dragon along with his family. After their father renounced their position to live the lives of ordinary people, Corazon's family was subjected to constant harassment by local civilians. Doflamingo, upset that they had given up their luxurious lives for this abuse, eventually killed their father, and the brothers grew apart. Doflamingo later formed the Donquixote Pirates, while Corazon was found by Admiral Sengoku, who raised him and led Corazon to enlist in the Marines.
Several years later, Corazon became a spy for the Marines and joined his brother's pirate group. Here, he earned a position as an elite officer and eventually met Trafalgar Law . Law and Corazon quickly became close, but due to the effects of Amber Lead Syndrome, Law was expected to die young. Corazon began desperately searching for a way to cure Law and eventually stumbled upon the Op-Op Fruit, which Doflamingo also sought due to its ability to grant eternal youth. This eventually led to Corazon's status as a spy being discovered, leading to his death at the hands of Doflamingo himself.
Special Abilities
Although Corazon possesses exceptional physical abilities that make him a great fighter, his greatest strength is his ability to deceive others. As a spy for the Marines, Corazon was able to hide his true mission and Devil Fruit abilities from the other Donquixote Pirates, including Doflamingo. Additionally, his Calmness Fruit abilities allow him to create soundproof barriers that can block out both environmental and personal sounds, making them an excellent means of concealment.
Other important characters in One Piece
Two characters of particular importance to Corazon are her brother, Doflamingo, and Trafalgar Law.
Doflamingo
Doflamingo is the leader of the Donquixote Pirates and the ruler of Dressrosa. In addition to his status as a warlord (until the warlord system was dissolved), Doflamingo also had a strong presence in the black market. In this illegal underground trade, Doflamingo uses the codename "Joker" and primarily deals in the sale of weapons and artificially produced Devil Fruits, called SMILEs. Additionally, Doflamingo also possesses the powers of the String-String Fruit, an incredibly powerful fruit that allows him to control deadly threads that can be used to both attack and control his opponents.
Trafalgar D. Law
In the present, Law is the captain of the Heart Pirates and has become a warlord, though this position was taken away from him after forming an alliance with the Straw Hat Pirates and aiding in the defeat of Doflamingo. As a child, he joined the Donquixote Pirates and met Corazon, who was initially very disdainful of Law but quickly changed his mind after learning he had the initial D in his name. Law's Op-Op Fruit grants him the ability to create an area over which he has precise control. This can be used to cut people into pieces without harming them and swap the positions of objects and people within that area.
