Plot Summary
Long ago, in the distant past, a war broke out. Humanity now lives in "Mosaic Cities" to escape rising sea levels. Those born after the war and those who lived through it each received their own "Holy Grail" allowing them to transcend death and summon their own Servant.
However, in the coastal city of Akihabara, there is a young girl, Erice Utsumi, who was not blessed by the Grail but cursed by an evil spirit. With the help of this evil spirit, she acts as a Grim Reaper, taking the lives of Servants who act in opposition to the will of the Holy Grail. One day, she meets and befriends a strange boy who turns out to be the last Servant summoned to this world...

Erice Utsumi
Erice Utsumi is a 14-year-old girl who lives in the seaside town of Akihabara. In a world where everyone possesses their own Holy Grail, Erice is unique because she doesn't possess one, but has an evil spirit in her heart. Her job is to kill Servants who act against the Holy Grail. Eventually, she meets a mysterious boy who turns out to be the last Servant ever summoned to this world.
Traveler
Voyager is the last servant ever summoned into the world. His true identity and class cannot be precisely determined, but some believe him to be Antoine de Saint-Exupéry or the Little Prince, which is why he was given the nickname "Prin."
Karine
Fourteen-year-old Karin is a friend of Erice and has summoned the Berserker servant Kijo Koyo.
Kijo Koyo
Class: Berserker
Kijo Koyo is a Berserker-class maid summoned by Karin. Unlike most Berserker maids, she is gentle and skilled in healing magic.
Koharu F Riedenflaus
Koharu F Riedenflaus is the Saber Mistress and the star of the Holy Grail War Tournaments. She can fight Servants by using the Possession ability to fuse with Saber.
Altar of Galahad

Saber's true identity is Galahad Alter. He is a womanizer like his father and has a sarcastic attitude. Galahad Alter possesses two swords, one of which is known as "The Sword of David." He was summoned by Koharu.
Chitose Manazuru
Chitose Manazaru is Erice Utsumi's grandmother. A Lancer Master, she is the victor of the previous Holy Grail War. Erice describes her as inhuman and believes she spreads evil wherever she goes. Chitose has a malevolent influence on Erice's life, getting her suspended from her job and then attempting to take away a child she was caring for. She can also exert her authority over Caren.
Longinus

Summoned by Chitose Manazaru, Lancer's true identity is Lucius Longinus, the Roman soldier who pierced Christ's side with a spear. A muscular man, Longinus dresses like a Roman centurion with a large, round shield and a scar on his cheek. Despite her suspicions of Chitose, Erice Utsumi considers Longinus a mentor who taught her how to take care of herself.
Nzambi

Nzambi's true identity is Nzambi, a Mpungu, the Kongolese creator goddess. She is a murderer who cuts off the hands of Masters to steal command spells. Nzambi is also able to resurrect the dead as zombies using voodoo magic.
Hannibal

Hannibal is the embodiment of the Carthaginian general Hannibal Barca. He is a well-built man with a fabulous mustache who wears a festive outfit consisting of a short-sleeved T-shirt and shorts. An uncle-like figure, he likes to make jokes about Rome and is warm and friendly to Erice Utsumi despite knowing her profession. His Noble Phantasm allows him to summon three war elephants.
