Fate Semiramis
Assassin of the Red (Semiramis) - Destiny
Profile
Semiramis is part of the Red Faction as Red's assassin and Shirou Kotomine's servant during the Great Holy Grail War depicted in Fate/Apocrypha . She is the wise queen of Assyria who, in her past life, poisoned her husband the king in order to usurp his throne. Her poisoning is said to be the first recorded poisoning in history. A lover of luxury, she exudes a decadent air. She has a cold and calculating manner and can quickly become angry when things don't go her way. She is highly skilled in the art of seduction and manipulation. She is also very loyal to Shirou and considers his wish as her own.
Appearance
Semiramis is a woman of incomparable beauty who wears a royal gown of dark red and gold. She has long, straight hair, pointed ears, and piercing eyes. A notable feature is the spikes protruding from each of her hands.
SKILLS
Semiramis possesses Dual Summoning, an ability that allows her to act as both an Assassin and a Caster-class Servant. She is adept at creating poisons and possesses familiars in the form of gray doves that she uses for reconnaissance and information gathering.
Noble fantasies
The Hanging Gardens of Babylon: Anti-World Class. Also known as the Aerial Garden of Vanity. Semiramis' largest and most powerful Noble Phantasm, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon is a gigantic flying fortress that Shirou uses as his base of operations. It is capable of housing thousands of troops and features a throne room in the center from which Semiramis can watch the battles unfold outside. The gardens are also equipped with powerful defenses that she can control from her throne room. As the Hanging Gardens are her territory, her stats and abilities are boosted while she is there.
Sikera Use: Anti-Army Class. Also known as the Arrogant King's Alcohol. A manifestation of her husband's poisoning, believed to be the first recorded case of poisoning in history, which turns the environment around her toxic. This includes not only her attacks, but all physical objects around her and even the air itself. She is also able to alter the type of poison she uses, such as her use of Hydra poison during her fight against Mordred. This ability also allows her to summon phantasmal species associated with poison. Due to her summoning with the noble phantasm of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, she can only use Sikera Ušum in her throne room during Fate/Apocrypha None.
Role
Semiramis is summoned by the Red Faction as an assassin of Red and a servant of Shirou Kotomine during the Great Holy Grail War. Shirou reveals her true identity to Sisigou and Mordred during their meeting as a show of good faith and attempts to convince them to join him and Semiramis, but they refuse. She remains in the church with Shirou until the completion of her Noble Phantasm, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, which would serve as her base of operations. Upon completion, the Hanging Gardens rise from the ground and soar into the sky as she, Shirou, the Archer of Red (Atalanta), the Rider of Red (Achilles), the Spearman of Red (Karna), and the Spearman of Red (Shakespeare) head towards Yggdmillennia Castle. Once within range of the castle, she activates the Gardens' defenses and watches the battle unfold from her throne room. Using magic, she is able to take down the Knight of Black (Astolfo) and hinder his advance. She also observes Ruler (Joan of Arc) from her throne room, setting traps for him and luring Spartacus to her position to ambush him.
After Shirou successfully steals the Greater Grail, she begins moving the Hanging Gardens away from the castle and out of Romanian airspace. During this time, she also shows distrust of Achilles and his motives for fighting alongside Shirou. Knowing that the Dark Faction will pursue them, she strengthens the Gardens' defenses in anticipation and orders Achilles and Atalanta to meet them in the air. During the Dark Faction's assault on the Hanging Gardens, she once again relies on her magical defenses and watches the battle unfold in the throne room, orchestrating events with a flick of her hand. Although Astolfo is able to destroy the Gardens' defenses, Semiramis manages to strike him down from the sky. She then attempts to deliver a finishing blow to Astolfo, but her attack is blocked by Mordred, much to her anger.
After Mordred and Sisigou manage to reach the throne room, she manages to trap Mordred inside, cutting off Sisigou's ability to aid her, and activates her Noble Phantasm Sikera Ušum, which makes everything around her in the throne room, even the air, toxic to Mordred. Weakened by the poison, she manages to gain the upper hand over Mordred during their fight. Just when it seems her victory is all but assured, Mordred destroys the door to the throne room and Sisigou runs inside and delivers an antidote to Mordred. Semiramis is able to severely injure Sisigou, but with Mordred back at full power, the tide of battle turns and Mordred is able to defeat Semiramis. Severely injured by the attack but still alive, she later stands against Astolfo and Caules when they arrive to aid Jeanne and Sieg in their fight against Shirou. However, Sieg manages to use the Noble Phantasm Blasted Tree, which mortally wounds Shirou. The two manage to retreat, but soon Shirou succumbs to his injuries and they both die.
Other appearances
Aside from Fate/Apocrypha , Semiramis also appears in Fate/Grand Order as Ritsuka Fujimaru's servant and in Capsule Servant None
