Inui Toko is a Japanese female VTuber affiliated with Nijisanji. She is a Cerberus who works at a traditional teahouse in Japan. Inui debuted in early 2019 as part of the trio Sanbaka.

Inui made her YouTube debut on March 23, 2019. Later that year, Inui received an updated 2D model along with the rest of Sanbaka on October 18. To celebrate reaching 50,000 subscribers, Inui released an autumn-themed outfit in November. Inui received her 3D model earlier than her debut date at the Nijisanji Virtual to Live Ryogoku Kokugikan concert on December 8, 2019. She held a celebratory stream for the model in March 2020. At the same time, Inui canceled a planned live appearance in the Nijisanji Shout in the Rainbow Tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In December 2020, Inui broadcast her first solo live event, "Who I Am," and performed original music. As of April 2021, Inui has over 430,000 subscribers on YouTube.

Physical description of Inui Toko

Inui is a Cerberus with both human and canine characteristics. She has long brown hair styled in two low ponytails, secured with dog-shaped clips. The clips are actually living creatures named Ban and Ken, and they occasionally talk. Her rounded puppy ears match her chocolate brown hair. She has two eye colors, one yellow and the other red. The red matches the inside of her ears and the ribbon details on her outfit. Given her job at a traditional tea shop, Inui wears a kimono-inspired waitress outfit with long furisode sleeves and a frilly white apron. Her bushy tail peeks out from under the hem of her skirt. She wears thick boots, but the claws on her feet pierce her toes.

Inui received three additional seasonal-themed outfits. Her summer outfit includes an off-the-shoulder graphic tee and a red and green floral print miniskirt. The red and green color scheme continues in her fall outfit. She wears a long prairie green dress under a white cardigan. She accessorized with a red purse and a beret. Her hairstyle changes from two ponytails to two braids. For winter, she wears a whimsical red kimono with a bold white and green floral print. She also wears a fur bolero and leaves her hair down.
