Is Law a girl now and will he become a man again? Here's what Doc Q's diseased fruit did to him

One Piece recently entered its final saga with the Straw Hats leaving Wano and landing on Egghead Island with one of the Worst Generation Pirates, Jewelry Bonney. As they begin their own new adventure, one of their former partners runs into trouble somewhere in the New World when he encounters another individual familiar to the Straw Hats. Trafalgar D. Law ends up having to fight one of the Four Emperors, Blackbeard, and his crew, who ends up transforming Law into a girl. Before we discuss the ramifications of this, let's see if Law is a girl now and will he ever be a man again?
Law isn't a girl right now. He temporarily transformed into a girl when Doc Q used his new Devil Fruit power to spread a disease that turns people into women. However, Law was able to return to normal using very powerful Haki.
Law has become a man again and was only a woman for a very short time. All thanks to one of the Blackbeard Pirates' officers, Doc Q, who now possesses the Sick-Sick Fruit. Who exactly is he and what exactly did he do to Law?
Who is Doc Q?

Doc Q, also known as the "God of Death," is the Blackbeard Pirates' doctor. Even though he is a doctor, he is a very sick man, to the point that he needs a horse to get around, even though his horse is just as sick as he is. He is also one of Blackbeard's officers and the captain of the ninth ship in the group. In addition, he has a similar look to the Grim Reaper, which fits very well with his actual character.
Although he appears weak and has suffered from a deadly disease since birth, Doc Q is quite strong. He uses a large scythe as his weapon, the same one he fearlessly used to deal a brutal blow to Whitebeard during the Summit War. He is also able to withstand many powerful attacks, surviving Whitebeard's shockwaves, Sengoku's attacks, and even Magellan's deadly poison. Blackbeard chose him as his teammate and captain of one of his ships for a reason.
It eventually became even more important, as the Blackbeard Pirates went on a Devil Fruit hunt during and after the time jump, and Doc Q obtained the Devil Fruit, a fruit we know little about and which seems incredibly powerful. It's also worth noting that this is its first appearance since the time jump.
The diseased fruit
The Diseased Fruit is a Paramecia fruit that allows its owner to spread many types of diseases that can incapacitate an enemy in several ways. These diseases can have countless effects on their targets and can also be contagious, causing them to spread to different targets at a rapid pace and over a vast range.
Although this fruit has a very powerful power with almost infinite possibilities, it is not invincible. As we see in Chapter 1063, it may not have a lasting effect on powerful targets, as the disease it spreads is countered by a large amount of Haki. This is also the first time we have heard of this Devil Fruit and its abilities.
What happened to Law?

This is the first time we've seen Trafalgar Law's whereabouts since he said goodbye to our main crew and found himself in a difficult situation. He was surprisingly ambushed by the Blackbeard Pirates somewhere in the New World. The Heart Pirates' submarine is attacked and begins to fill with water, so Law and his crew desperately try to find a place to escape.
But as they search for a place to land, Law suddenly transforms into a woman, and soon everyone else begins to transform as well. As they try to figure out what's going on, the submarine rises from the water. Law then forces his body back to normal using Haki, which he learned during his fight with Kaido and Big Mom that any Devil Fruit ability can be neutralized by powerful Haki.
When they finally land on Winner Island, Doc Q appears distraught when he notices that Law has reversed the effects of the feminization disease he created and spread throughout his entire crew. He was accompanied by Van Augur, who ate the Warp-Warp Fruit, which gives him the ability to teleport people, and Jesus Burgess, who ate the Strong-Strong Fruit, which gives him enormous strength, even more than he already had. Augur sends Burgess to the island to fight Law and his crew. There, he picks up a mountain and throws it at them. Law destroys it just as Blackbeard arrives with Doc Q and his horse Stronger, who now has wings thanks to eating the Horse-Horse Fruit, model Pegasus.
When Blackbeard challenges Law to a fight, he declares that he is looking for the Road Poneglyphs the Heart Pirates acquired during their fight at Onigashima. Law accepts the challenge and also wishes to take the Poneglyphs belonging to Blackbeard's crew.
Even though the Blackbeard Pirates seem too strong for Law, he is able to withstand a full fight. He cuts Stronger in half using his Devil Fruit power, the Op-Op Fruit, while his crew attacks Blackbeard's ship. Funnily enough, all the powers acquired by Blackbeard's officers are things Law is already capable of thanks to their Devil Fruits.
While we still don't know if Law will defeat Blackbeard and his crew with their newfound powers, we certainly hope the Straw Hats' former partner can walk away from this battle unharmed. Stay tuned to see how the Heart Pirates handle a battle against another pirate emperor.
