Magic - Re:Zero
Magic is the ability to alter the mana flowing through a person's gate into a form that can affect reality. Magic is categorized into six elements: fire, water, earth, wind, yin, and yang. The strength of a magic spell depends on the incantation used and can be increased by adding prefixes to the original incantation. Experienced magic users are able to cast magic without the need for incantations. Some magic users are able to combine multiple elements of magic into a single spell. Spirit users can also cast magic using mana from their surroundings with the help of their contracted spirit. Spirits can act as gates for their contractors if the magic user lacks the means to cast magic normally.
Fire Magic

Fire magic allows the user to control the temperature of their environment, as well as manipulate fire and ice.
Water Magic
Notable users of water magic include Roswaal L Mathers, Puck, Rem None, Felix Argyle , Julius Juukulius, Hetaro Pearlbaton, Sphinx, and Echidna. Water magic allows the user to heal living creatures, as well as manipulate water.
Earth Magic
Notable users of earth magic include Roswaal L Mathers, Otto Suwen , Julius Juukulius, Mimi Pearlbaton, Aldebaran , Sphinx, Petelgeuse Romanée-Conti , and Echidna. Earth magic allows the user to manipulate certain non-organic materials, such as stone.
Wind Magic

Yin Magic
Notable users of Yin Magic include Roswaal L Mathers, Beatrice , Palet, Subaru Natsuki , Julius Juukulius, and Echidna. Yin Magic allows the user to cast debuffs, the effects of which can include causing the target to lose their physical senses for a given duration.
Yang Magic
