Miyuki Shirogane Kaguya-sama: Love is War - Nendoroid

Kaguya-sama: Love Is War is a very popular romantic comedy series. It tells the story of a young boy and a young girl who, instead of confessing their love for each other, try to trick the other into confessing their love. They believe that if they fall in love first, it will be their downfall. In order not to be the submissive in the relationship, they use their wits and resources to get the other person to confess first. The manga was written and illustrated by Aka Akasaka, and the anime premiered on January 12, 2019. Miyuki Shirogane Miyuki is the male main character of the series and is a very popular character. He is the only poor student attending Shuchi'in Academy, a very prestigious school for very wealthy families, but he doesn't let this bother him. His grades are excellent, and he was about to get the position of student council president. Miyuki is a very popular character with many products made in her image such as figures and Nendoroids. About Miyuki Shirogane: Background

As a young child, Miyuki experienced hardship and suffering. His mother left when he was young, taking his younger sister with her. Miyuki's father's business then went bankrupt, leaving his family without a steady income. Throughout his childhood and even while at Shuchi'in Academy, Miyuki led a very frugal life. He was constantly chasing sales and ate very few meals. During a fried rice-making competition, while the other student council members had all sorts of ingredients such as oysters and roast pork in their fried rice, only Miyuki had no toppings. This was the fried rice he learned to cook for his hungry younger sister when they had no money to buy more ingredients.

Miyuki doesn't think badly of his father and knows he did his best for the family. He only entered Shuchi'in Academy on a scholarship and doesn't want to waste his father's money. Due to his poor upbringing, he is slightly intimidated by Kaguya Shinomiya's immense wealth and resources. He doesn't want to appear poor in front of her and makes Kaguya call his actions "cute," which greatly traumatizes him.

Despite his fears, Miyuki is a very capable person. Due to his transfer to Shuchi'in Academy for his first year of high school, many students looked down on him. Shuchi'in Academy is an elevator school where wealthy and noble families congregate. Students who transfer there are considered impure and are treated differently. Although he was initially disappointed, he was charmed by Kaguya's actions and worked hard to become the student council president. As president, he is selfless in his actions and supports all the students in their endeavors. Even though he doesn't truly understand the situation, he tries to offer his help in any way he can.

Kaguya Shinomiya is the heroine of the story and Miyuki's love interest. She is the daughter of the extremely wealthy Shinomiya family, which holds a monopoly on many markets. Kaguya is very wealthy, and this pushes Miyuki to strive to become a person worthy of her.

Chika Fujiwara

Chika Fujiwara is the student council secretary. Although she always acts like an idiot and can't read the room, she is very intelligent and well-educated. She is Kaguya's best friend and helps her with feelings of love and jealousy.
