One Piece: Here's How Long Kaido's Dragon Form Could Last!

Kaidou is a One Piece character who is certainly among the most intriguing in the franchise. Now, the former Emperor of the Sea is among the strongest characters in the franchise, and many of his powers are linked to his exceptionally powerful Uo Uo no Mi, model: Seiryu, a Zoan-type Devil Fruit. And while we've analyzed his powers and abilities in detail, his Devil Fruit is still quite interesting, and there are certainly a few additional questions about it that we can answer. We know that Kaidou can transform into a dragon with his Devil Fruit, but how long is that dragon? That's a question we'll answer in this article.
How long is Kaidou's dragon form?
From what we've seen in the series, Kaidou truly becomes a complete monster once he transforms into a dragon. Not only is he powerful, but Kaidou is also extremely large in this form. Large how? Well, luckily for you, if you wanted to find the answer to that question, we have it for you, thanks to ShWanks from Fanverse:
The numbers are as tall as oars and can pass through the 67-meter Onigashima Gate. (The official height in Hachi's databook is 66.7 meters.) The hill is at least 3 times the height of the gate, or 200 meters high. Kaido is twice the height of the hill and only represents a small portion of his total body length, just above his scar. (One-tenth of his entire length.)
This means that Kaido's dragon form is legitimately at LEAST 4 km long, comparing a very small portion of its total length to the height of the hill. Above Kaido's scarred neck is 2 times the height of the hill (200 m), or barely a tenth of its total length 😂. 200 m x 2 = 400 m x 10 = 4,000 m
The blue dot is the hill itself, which Dragon Kaido is at least 10 times taller than, and whose height still pales in comparison to the diameter of Onigashimas. Dragon Kaido himself is at least 4,000 m tall.
You could legitimately fit a hundred of these hills onto Onigashima's diameter (they look like blobs). 😂 Each hill is 200 meters high and looking at the sign with Kaido next to it, the width seems equal to its height without the break. That means 200m x 100 = 20,000m for Onigashima's diameter and 8,000m for the height of Kaido's dragon shape.
Edit: This is actually massively minimal as the hill is actually at least 6 times the height of the gate. This would double all estimates to at least 40,000m for Onigashima's diameter and at least 8,000m for Dragon Kaido (Lowballed)'s length.

As you can see, these numbers are astonishing. While we don't know if Oda had these calculations in mind when he created Kaidou, it's a fact that he left us enough clues to crunch the numbers, and the results we got are nothing short of incredible. This would make Kaidou the most well-known character in the entire series (although Luffy's Nika form is also somewhere in the vicinity).
How strong is Kaidou's dragon form?
The Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu is a Mythical Zoo Zoan Devil Fruit that transforms the user into a blue dragon and its hybrid. Kaido ate it in God Valley after Big Mom gave the fruit after losing the battle. It is one of the most powerful Devil Fruits in the series, granting Kaido incredible powers.
The greatest benefit of ingesting this fruit is the ability to transform into a blue dragon. In this form, the user can shape flame-like clouds against which they can lean to fly through the sky and use them to surround and transport anything, even entire islands, through the air.
It also develops rather hard scales. It has greater control over wind, lightning, and fire. The owner can create catastrophic tornadoes by engulfing their body in violent wind and spinning around. At the same time, if they do this with flames, they gain greater resistance and can liquefy rock.
