When it comes to One Piece ships, one of the most commonly discussed characters in this category is Nami, who is also one of the most popular characters in the series. In this article, we decided to explain if Nami had a love interest in the story and who she might end up with in the future.

Currently, Nami has no romantic interests. While she has been shipped with Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji (but let's face it, all cute girls have been shipped with Sanji at one point or another), none of these ships have been officially confirmed by Oda. However, the one with Luffy seems to be the most likely as far as fans are concerned.

For example, when discussing whether or not to accept Usopp back into the crew, she was willing to overlook his actions to bring her friend back, not understanding Zoro and Sanji's prideful speeches.

Nami is obsessed with fashion. In fact, she always wears different clothes, and when she goes shopping, she likes to try on many clothes in high-fashion stores, only to leave saying she prefers something simpler. Nami doesn't seem ashamed of wearing provocative or revealing clothing, or even being photographed in costume or spied on while taking a bath, as in Alabasta, as long as she has adequate compensation. Despite minor disagreements caused by his recklessness, she firmly believes in him and considers him a tremendous source of strength. When Nami fell ill, Luffy did everything he could to help her.

He stayed by her side all the time, trying to make her smile, then getting sad when he failed and trying to keep the promise Genzo made to him. During the Drum Kingdom arc, instead of making the villagers answer for shooting Vivi, Luffy knelt before them, begging them to bring a doctor to their ship for the sick Nami.

Even though he usually forgets, Luffy is always wary of Nami's anger. When Luffy learns that Absalom plans to marry her, he simply says, "He wishes to marry Nami? He is brave." Despite knowing nothing about her past and seeing her scream and cry in hatred for Arlong, Luffy comforts her and becomes furious with Arlong, attacking him and his crew to avenge her, just as Gol D. Roger had done before. Nami is the only person Luffy has given his Straw Hat to.

Vinsmoke Sanji

Nami frequently takes advantage of Sanji's devotion to her by ordering him to run errands, though she is annoyed by his womanizing in serious moments. For example, when Sanji leaves a note for Nami before boarding the Puffing Tom in Water 7, she is annoyed that most of it is a meaningless love letter with the important information only in the postscript.
