Alternative title

宇宙戦艦ヤマト2202 愛の戦士たち

Synopsis

In 2202, three years after the Yamato returned from Iscandar, Earth was restored to its former blue state through the Cosmo Reverse system, and peace was negotiated with Garmillas. Along with the reconstruction, Earth also strengthened its defense capabilities, including the construction of a state-of-the-art battleship, the Andromeda. Paying no attention to Starsha Iscandar's demands, Earth once again began to tread a path of war. The Yamato also contributed to these goals at the cost of countless irreplaceable lives. The goddess Teresa, praying for peace in space, calls the Yamato to a new purpose. The rapacious conquest of space by the Galantis is closing in on Earth...
