This is when Sanji gets his first bounty!
One Piece: Here's When Sanji Gets His First Bounty!

Vinsmoke Sanji is the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates, and while he wasn't originally labeled a pirate, he actually became one (whether he wanted to or not) over the years. And we all know what Pirates have in the world of One Piece: bounties! Yes! As a member of Luffy's crew, Sanji received a bounty in the series, and in this article, we'll tell you when it happened, how big it was, and what happened in the series.
Vinsmoke Sanji received his first bounty after the incident at Enies Lobby and for defeating CP9's Jabra; the bounty was made public in Chapter 435, which was adapted into Episode 320 of the anime series. His initial bounty was 77,000,000 Berries, which was quite impressive (we know Zeff was proud when Sanji received his first bounty, and such a high one at that). Later, his bounty was raised to an incredible 177,000,000 Berries, and that was only because he was a member of Luffy's crew. After Whole Cake Island, his bounty was raised to 330,000,000 Berries (and his status changed from "Only Alive" to "Dead or Alive"), and after Onigashima, it was raised again to a hefty 1,032,000,000 Berries.
The rest of this article will discuss Sanji, his backstory, and the history of his bounties in One Piece. From the first bounty he was given after the events of Enies Lobby, which will also be the subject of this article, to the current bounty, which will also be mentioned, we'll cover Sanji's reward and his hacking history so you know everything you need to know about it. Some spoilers may be present, so be careful how you approach this article.
How much was Sanji's first bounty, and when did he receive it?
Vinsmoke Sanji is the cook of Luffy's crew and one of the most talented chefs in the entire series; he has a natural talent for cooking, but he also studied under Zeff, which made him a true master of the kitchen. He can create a delicious meal from almost anything, which is why his dishes are so well-received and why he is so popular among the other crew members (even though he often gets into fights with Zoro for various stupid reasons).
When he was a child, his father wanted to use him for his strange experiments, but thanks to his mother's sacrifice, he was saved. After being branded the black sheep of the family, he escaped and soon found work as a kitchen assistant on the Orbit. Zeff and the Cook Pirates attacked the Orbit one day, but a storm destroyed both ships.
Zeff saved Sanji's life, and the two were stranded on a piece of rock for 85 days before being rescued; both nearly starved to death, with Zeff cutting off part of his leg so he could eat something. Soon after, they both founded the sailing restaurant, Baratie, where Luffy and his crew visited at one point.
Sanji's ultimate dream was to find the legendary All Blue and use the ingredients found there to prepare the world's finest meals. Luffy loved him because of his sincerity and invited him to join his crew, which Sanji eventually accepted after receiving a "blessing" from Zeff. Since then, he has been part of the crew and shared many adventures with them, earning him the status of a notorious pirate. That said, we can now discuss his bounties.
Sanji's first bounty was a hefty 77,000,000 Berries and was given to him for defeating CP9's Jabra and closing the gates of justice; this occurred after the events of Enies Lobby. However, as Attach failed to remove the lens cap while taking Sanji's picture, the poster photo was not taken.
Eventually, he was replaced with a composite sketch of someone who bore little resemblance to him, which ultimately caused a lot of trouble for Duval (who resembles Sanji). This, along with other incidents related to this sketch, are part of a joke about Sanji's bad luck in being recognized by his image on his poster.
Shortly after, Sanji received a second bounty, this time simply for being a member of the Straw Hat Pirates. This came after the events of Dressrosa, when his reward increased to 177,000,000 Berries, partly due to the machinations of Judge Vinsmoke, Sanji's father, who wanted his son back and was able—through unknown means—to change the terms of the bounty, which is no easy feat.
Instead of the robot's portrait, a real image was placed for the first time. In addition, the condition indicated "Only alive" on its wanted poster, which was rather strange and resulted from the judge's influence.
A third bounty was issued shortly after the incident on Whole Cake Island. For his part in the assassination attempt on Big Mom, Sanji's bounty was increased to 330,000,000 Berries. Additionally, the previous "Only Alive" condition was replaced with "Dead or Alive," which is used for all pirates. Additionally, the poster now referred to him as "Vinsmoke Sanji," although he had given up his last name, which angered him.
Finally, a fourth and current bounty was also issued later. For participating in the assault on Onigashima and defeating the Headliner Queen, Sanji received a bounty of 1,032,000,000 Berries. The image on his poster was changed, and his name reverted to simply "Sanji."
And with that, Sanji's bounty story is over, and as you can see, it was quite an exciting adventure.
